Module 1                 

Jolie au Naturel device-based and manual beauty cupping massage – traditional techniques for holistic relaxation and beauty treatments (face and body)

Course description:

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to cupping, an ancient technique based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Participants will learn the history and fundamentals of cupping and practical skills to apply it safely and effectively. Additionally, this course reviews the practical application of the Gua Sha technique and manual beauty massage. This course forms the basis for Module II – Beauty Taping.

Course content

Introduction & basics of cupping massage

• History and origins of cupping massage
• Basic principles of TCM in connection with cupping massage
• Different types of cupping devices and their uses
• Product theory and areas of application
• Contraindications and safety measures
• Preparation of the treatment room and the client

Cupping massage techniques

• Dry cupping massage: basics and implementation
• Wet cupping massage: application of oils & externals
• Areas of application in beauty
• Promotes blood circulation and lymphatic circulation
• Detoxification and relaxation of the body
• Practical application and demonstration
• Partner exercises to learn cupping massage techniques
• Live demonstrations by the instructor followed by discussion and feedback

Integration and completion

• Reflection on personal experiences and insights from the course
• Certification of participants

Requirements:

No specific prerequisites are necessary. The course is aimed at beginners, interested individuals, and beauty experts, as well as experienced beauticians who want to expand their expertise.

Duration of the course:

This course is a full day course, starting from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

After the course, the instructor will be available to the participants for up to 3 months.
